Yes, please call or text us at 361-777-6622. We will provide you with instructions on how to do so. Please be aware, no unauthorized drivers may operate the vehicle at anytime. 

• All drivers must be 21 years or older. 
• All drivers must sign a rental agreement form. 
• All drivers must provide valid driver's license and auto insurance - these documents must be uploaded the rental agreement form  that they sign. 

• You must refill the gas tank with regular unleaded gas upon return. 
• We request that nobody washes the golf cart(s), if washed incorrectly the golf cart(s) can shut off. 

Yes, absolutely! This service includes pick-up at the address you specify in your reservation as well. You can add on this option upon making your reservation. This service is $35 depending on where you are staying. 

All of our golf carts are gas powered. You can refill the tank located under the seat by pulling up on the hip restraints. 

Our golf carts are street-legal and permitted on all local roads, excluding HWY 361 south of Avenue G. This is the four lane highway that leads to Corpus Christi, TX. 

Our cancellation policy: 

You must call at least 72 hours prior to your reservation start time to cancel for a refund, minus a $29 booking fee. There are no cancellations or refunds for bad weather or early returns for any reason. 

• Trip protection: If you have opted in for trip protection you must call and cancel 24 hours prior to your reservation start time to receive a refund minus the booking ($29) and trip protection fee (15%).

Yes, golf carts are considered motor vehicles and the same traffic laws apply. 

Typically, we do not require deposits but in the case that we do - it is $300 and it is refundable as long as the cart is returned in the same condition. This is decided at check out. 

1. Make sure the key is turned on. 
2. Go to your bluetooth settings on your phone.
3. Click to connect to available device. It should be listed under XL-BT
4. Wait for the beep to confirm connection.
5. If this does not work, please confirm all devices nearby has their bluetooth turned off. 

Refunds/ cancellation periods remain the same. The weather is uncontrollable, unfortunately.
